Hi, I'm Dana - you can call me Day! I'm so happy you are here to follow along the amazing journey of healthy and positive living. I have a major thing for breakfasts and truly believe the way you start your day defines the rest of it - so why not start it off on a great note with a delicious, creative and healthy breakfast? 

I'm here to help you create tasty and healthy recipes, whether for breakfast, a snack, lunch or dinner - with minimal cooking skills and minimal ingredients required! There is nothing more fulfilling than great - organic food that feeds not just your stomach but your soul too.


When I'm not in the kitchen creating these healthy recipes, you'll find me kicking up an awesome workout and sweating it out - teaching some of my favorite fitness classes in Dubai! Or at the beach, as you may have noticed, I'm a total beach bum... The best days are sunny after all ;)!

Fitness and food are my two passions. I do not believe in diets, just a healthy and positive lifestyle for your mind, body and soul.
