Hummus veggie sandwich

What do you do with your left-over hummus dip and veggies? It's a given - nothing like a hummus veggie sandwich on whole grain bread!

Vegan sandwich

This one's got all the essential veggies, vitamins and antioxidants your body and skin need! It is loaded with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and yellow capsicum. To make the hummus:


All you need is:


- 1 can of hummus, washed and drained well

- 1/2 lemon (add more/ less as you like)

- 1/2 tsp salt (add more/ less as you like)

- 1 tbsp tahini

- Optional: 1/2 tbsp non-fat plain yoghurt (to make it smoother and more dip-friendly)


Just blend all these ingredients together, super easy!
