Whole-grain bagel goodness

Bagels are everything. They really, really are. Especially after a really intense morning work-out when your body is craving protein and carbs (and you just can't deny it!) For a more guilt-free option, opt of the whole-grain bagel - always!

Healthy bagel

To prep this, while your bagel is toasting, wash and chop 1 cucumber and a few cherry tomatoes. Wash a few baby spinach leaves and let them dry. Scramble 1 egg (choose only the egg whites if you're being extra cautious - and you can add 2 egg whites instead of 1 whole egg) - and that's it!
