Figs on PB rye

Figs are difficult to find, and sweet figs are almost impossible! So when you do find a nice batch (full, plump, purplish skin, and just the right amount of softness) make sure you snatch those up!

Fig toasts

This is a very delicious breakfast to have as well as a snack. Almost anything goes well with peanut butter - you can also try replacing the peanut butter with almond butter for the figs.


For a lower calorie - higher fiber option, always opt for rye crisp crackers. Having one of these before a workout also gives you amazing energy!


These are always a great idea to prepare if you are having some friends over. They are quick, easy, and not messy at all!
