Granola parfait

The tricky bit about making a granola parfait is choosing your ingredients wisely and making sure you opt for a no-added-sugar granola. I love using Carman's Muesli as my granola, it's loaded with nuts and includes only natural sugar from the dried fruits in it. As for the yogurt, the tricky bit is making sure it does not include excess fat or excess sugar. Always opt for the plain flavor, and go for greek non-fat yogurt as it is loaded with more protein (and less fat).


This cute owl jar includes Rachel's non-fat greek yogurt (plain flavor), Carman's fruit and nut muesli, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
