No, you are not dreaming. This bowl is real - it is the creamiest, dreamiest, yummiest, raspberry-banana protein smoothie to ever exist. I am literally addicted to smoothie bowls and I look forward to them more than I look forward to having my morning cup of coffee!

Raspberry smoothie bowl

I sure hope you have a nutri-bullet or a very strong blender to help you blend frozen bananas - if you don't I highly recommend you treat yourself to one, you will enter a world of smoothie-bowl heaven!

To make this yummy smoothie bowl, blend together:

- 1 frozen banana (previously peeled and chopped and stored in an airtight container in the freezer)

- 1 handful of raspberries (don't have to be frozen, but still work if they are)

- 1 tsp flax seeds

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1/4 cup almond milk

- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

The reason I love this smoothie so much is how thick and creamy it is, despite being dairy-free. Topping it off with nuts and your choice of fruits makes it feel like you're eating only the best cereal bowl out there (ever since I stopped drinking milk, I've had a crazy urge for cereal bowls and this beats anything else out there!)

This smoothie bowl is topped off flax seeds, blueberries, toasted almond slices, banana slices, and hazelnuts.
