Pear nut 'toasts'

When bread/ toast/ rye/ crackers are just not going to do it for you, try replacing with them with pear toasts! These are a great snack to have before a workout, or during that awkward after breakfast/ before lunch stomach growl...

Pear toasts

These pear toasts are topped with:


- Organic peanut butter, blueberries and almond slices

- Organic almond butter, kiwis and oats

- Organic peanut butter, mango and raw peanuts

- Organic almond butter, pomegranate seeds and walnuts


Tip: if you are prepping these in advance, be sure to brush your pears with some citrus (you can use citrus from an orange) to keep them nice and fresh.
