Split-up granola parfait

What do you do when you're feeling fancy but still want a basic breakfast?

Banana split

I found this to be a nice way of having a yogurt parfait because it focuses more on the granola/ fruits/ peanut butter and the yummier stuff and less on the yogurt. You could also go for the option of using almond milk mixed with granola on the side, rather than using Greek yogurt for a dairy-free option.

The topping used here is organic creamy peanut butter. I simply mixed 2 tbsp of peanut butter with 1 tsp of agave syrup to give it a more liquid texture (split for two servings).

It looks fancy, but it really isn't. It's just a deconstructed granola parfait packed with the same goodness ;)!
