Dark chocolate crepes

Crepe, my chocolate pancakes came out too thin, they were still delicious anyway and I'm STACKED!

These yummy chocolate pancakes are semi-guilt-free, they're not as healthy as my non-chocolate pancake recipe but also not nearly as unhealthy as any chocolate pancake recipe you would order on your cheat day!

Dark chocolate crepes

All you need is (for a stack of 10-12)

- 2 cups oats

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 ripe banana

- 1/2 tablet of dark chocolate of choice, melted with 1 tsp coconut oil (I went with Lindt 85% dark chocolate)

- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

You'll find that adding the dark chocolate will make this mix more liquid, so your pancakes will turn easily into crepes! Still yummy- just thinner ;)!

Blend these ingredients using your blender or a nutri-bullet and you've got your batter! Simply heat up a small pan on low heat, spray a little bit of oil to avoid sticking, and bake your crepes one at a time, flipping once the bubbles disappear and the color is equal straight to the middle.

For the topping: you can add vanilla greek yogurt (non-fat) - the flavor goes very nicely with these pancakes! Also - pomegranate seeds are NEVER a bad idea ;)!
