French protein toast n' caramelized peaches

Bonjour french toast avec caramelized peaches! You + me = oui oui s'il vous plait!

Healthy french toast

This French toast is so incredibly good - you won't even guess it's healthy! I used protein toast (it's basically loaded with seeds like flax and others that have more protein and less carbs and are just great for you!)


To make this French toast (for 2), simply whisk 2 eggs with 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Dip each toast in and spray a little bit of oil on a pan and sear lightly until cooked, flipping on each side.


For the topping: chop up 2-3 small peaches, add in a pan and sear with 1 tbsp maple syrup until peaches come turn out soft - just before the peel comes off.
