Morning skin-glow bowl

You don't need any expensive or fancy face creams - you just have to eat the right foods and stay away from the sun (Although I'm pretty bad at the second one - working on it - I promise!)

This bowl has got all the ingredients your skin needs for a nice glow. Who said you can't have salads in the morning?

All you really need are four simple ingredients: handful of baby spinach, 4-6 cherry tomatoes chopped in half, 1/2 an avocado, 1/4 red onion chopped in thin slices. Add some lemon, salt, and pepper and a hint of olive oil and that's all!
