Raspberry flavored crepes

Boy were these raspberry flavored crepes to-die-for! They were supposed to turn out pink but I guess it turned out a little more faded than expected - oh well, it was still super yummy - if you're a fan of raspberries you will love those!

Raspberry crepes

All you need is (for 6 crepes)


- 1 cup oats

- 1.5 cup almond milk

- 2 ripe bananas

- 1/2 bowl of raspberries, cooked together on the oven top with 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup to create syrup

- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein


You'll find that adding 2 ripe bananas instead of just one will make this mix more liquid, so your pancakes will turn easily into crepes!


Blend these ingredients using your blender or a nutri-bullet and you've got your batter! Simply heat up a small pan on low heat, spray a little bit of oil to avoid sticking, and bake your crepes one at a time, flipping once the bubbles disappear and the color is equal straight to the middle.


For the topping: simply chop up a few strawberries. To make them heart-shaped, cut off the top then create a small triangle at the top where the heart cavities are. Then slice up your strawberry and you'll end up with a few hearts. It looks complicated but is actually quite simple and quick!


*Note: you may also add low fat bio-live vanilla yoghurt (I used Rachel's) on the side. If vegan or prefer a dairy-free option, choose to skip.
