Tuna lettuce wraps

Hey tuna, lettuce be friends!

How can anyone go wrong with lettuce wraps? Whether filled with chicken, tuna or simply veggies, they are always yummy and fulfilling - and feel like you're eating a full sandwich too! The best part is, you can have many of them without feeling bloated afterwards - since it's bread-free!

Tuna lettuce wraps

My basic tuna recipe is super simple and delicious: simply chop up 1/4 red onion into small pieces, about 6 stuffed olives and 1 radish. Remove any oil from the tuna can, place in a bowl, add 1 tsp honey mustard, 1/2 lemon, sprinkle of salt and pepper, and add the veggies to it and mix well. I added corn to this mix as well as 1/2 an avocado to each lettuce wraps.

It's a super delicious lunch and light on the stomach as well - yet still fulfilling!
