Vanilla crepes and PB

Crêpes > pancakes = bigger surface area that allows you to add more toppings. It's a simple crequation!

Healthy crepes

All you need is (for 6 crepes)

- 1 cup oats

- 1.5 cup almond milk

- 2 ripe bananas

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (note: if you add the protein, don't add the vanilla extract)

You'll find that adding 2 ripe bananas instead of just one will make this mix more liquid, so your pancakes will turn easily into crepes!

Blend these ingredients using your blender or a nutri-bullet and you've got your batter! Simply heat up a small pan on low heat, spray a little bit of oil to avoid sticking, and bake your crepes one at a time, flipping once the bubbles disappear and the color is equal straight to the middle.

For the topping: simply mix 1 tbsp of organic peanut butter with 1 tbsp agave syrup and spread across your crepes!
