PB Banana power bowl

I don't think I will ever get over smoothie bowls - I can have them every single morning! This is such a perfect bowl to have for breakfast or for Suhoor during Ramadan and is so easy to prepare as well. It's packed with nutrients and will keep you feeling energized during your day/ fasting.

Smoothie bowl Sunnysideday

To make one bowl, all you need to is blend 1 frozen banana, 1 tsp peanut butter (or any nut butter that you prefer), 1/4 cup oats, and 1/4 - 1/2 cup almond coconut milk. That's it! Top it off with your favorite toppings. I chose crushed walnuts, pomegranate seeds, hazelnuts, almond slices, blueberries, granola and flax seeds.

Mmm.. Craving another one as I type this...
