Dark choco dipped fruits

I love fruits (surprise surprise!), and I love dark chocolate. So when you put them both together, I'm an extremely happy girl (yes, it's not so difficult to make me happy!)

Dipped fruits

It's very simple. All you need to do is heat up some water in a small pot, place a bowl over the water, add 1 tsp of coconut oil (so that the dark chocolate can refreeze easily when the fruits are dipped), then add your preferred dark chocolate (I used Lindt 85% dark chocolate - but really, any chocolate works). Simply dip your fruits of choice - I used strawberries, oranges and pineapples. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and in the fridge for about 2 hours.
