Almond butter chocolate spring rolls

This has to be the easiest and quickest guilt-free dessert recipe so far. I shouldn't be even calling it a recipe - that's how simple it is! If you're ever having friends over for dinner and are too busy to prepare dessert, or might have just forgotten to prepare dessert (guilty) - here's your answer!


Almond butter chocolate spring rolls

All you need is (for 12 spring rolls):


- Spring roll pastry

- Organic almond butter

- 1 banana

- Organic chocolate spread (I used TEO&BIA 3-ingredient vegan chocolate spread - far tastier than any chocolate spread I've tried, including Nutella!)

- Coconut oil


Steps:


1- Spread your spring roll pastry on a clean countertop.


2- Fill each with 1-2 tsp almond butter, few banana slices chopped thin, and 1 tsp chocolate spread.


3- Roll your spring rolls and brush with coconut oil. Broil in the oven at 200 degrees C for 5-10 mins flipping over each side as necessary. Once the spring rolls are ready, they will be golden and ready to munch on! Serve immediately.
