Berry slush smoothie bowl

Make way for the freshest smoothie bowl on the block! What a perfect way to rehydrate after a tough workout or in the early morning for a breakfast full of antioxidants and vitamins! This smoothie bowl is made with strawberries and raspberries and topped off with nature's candy.

To make this, you will need:

- 6-8 medium strawberries (previously washed, chopped and frozen)

- Handful of raspberries (previously washed and frozen)

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- For the toppings: half a kiwi, sprinkle of chia seeds, sliced almonds, blueberries and hazelnuts

Simply blend your frozen strawberries and raspberries and almond milk (note: I do not like the store-bought frozen berries - it's better to freeze your own fresh berries for a fresher taste). If your smoothie is too thick and not blending well, gradually add some more almond milk (be sure not to add too much as it becomes too thin and the toppings would sink).

Top it off and enjoy!
