To make 6 triangles,


You will need:


- 6 pieces of wholemeal bread

- 3 eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 3 tbsp organic maple syrup

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- organic palm-oil free peanut butter

- Strawberries for the topping


Steps:


1- Spread your peanut butter on 3 toasts, then cover like a sandwich with the other 3 (Making 3 peanut butter sandwiches in total).


2- Whisk together the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl.


3- Lightly grease a pan using a light spray oil and set the heat on low.


4- Dip each "peanut butter sandwich" in the mix and place on the heated pan for about 3 minutes each side.


5- Cut in half to make triangles, top off with strawberries and serve right away!
