Tropical pina colada smoothie bowl

I wouldn't be surprised if the Pina Colada song is now stuck in your mind - I am grooving to it as I write this post!


This yummy smoothie bowl screams out V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N mode! Here's how to make this deliciousness...

All you need is:


- 3/4 cup chopped frozen pineapple (buy it fresh, chop and freeze it)

- 1/2 a frozen banana

- 1/2 cup almond coconut milk

- 1 tbsp oats


Blend those ingredients together and top off with:


- 1/2 a kiwi, chopped

- Handful of blueberries

- Mango slices

- Toasted coconut shreds


Yummy! Feels like a vacation!
