Fluffy mushroom scrambled eggs

Did you know that your scrambled eggs come out super fluffy if you cook them on low heat? Sure it will take an extra few minutes, but believe me, it is worth it!

To make the eggs, simply add a little bit of oil to a heated pan and fry up some red onions and mushrooms until they turn brown, then decrease the heat to low and add your eggs, keep stirring gently until they fully cook and become fluffy.


To make the green juice (for two) blend a handful of spinach, 1 cucumber, 1 green apple, 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, 2-3 large celery sticks and a handful of ice. Super refreshing!


This breakfast is so tasty and complete you won't even need to add any bread!
