Stuffed crepes

A yummy surprise with every bite is what these crepes are! These crepes are super easy to make and are dairy and sugar free too. Check it out!

Stuffed crepes

To make 2-3 stuffed crepes, all you need is:

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1 ripe banana

- 3/4 cup almond milk

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the stuffing:

- Your choice of yogurt (I used vanilla flavored soy yogurt)

- Chopped nectarine, melon and blueberries (or your choice of fruits)

Simply blend the crepe ingredients to make the batter, use a non-stick pan to bake your crepes for about 2-3 minutes on each side on low heat (you may choose to use an oil spray just in case your pan is not a non-stick).

Once baked, take the corners of your round crepes and fold them into squares, and stuff the middle with yogurt and top off with fruits!

Voila! Easy as crepe!
