Berrylicious overnight oats

As a kid, there were lots of things I imagined myself doing when I'd grow up - decorating bowls was definitely not one of them! Today, it's probably one of the things on the top of my list - is that weird? Oh well, normal is boring anyway!

These basic overnight oats are so easy to make - as usual! They are dairy-free too. Check it out!

Dairy-free overnight oats

To make a bowl of dairy-free berry overnight oats,

You will need:

- 2 tbsp of soy yogurt (I chose berry flavor) you can also opt for coconut yogurt if you find

- 3/4 cup of almond milk

- 3 tbsp of organic rolled oats. If you prefer a thicker texture, add 4 tbsp.

- Berries for toppings

All you need to do is mix the soy yogurt in with the almond milk, stir until perfectly combined, then add the oats in and mix well. It may seem too thin at the beginning, but the oats will thicken up overnight. Leave the bowl in the fridge overnight and top it off in the morning with your favorite berries. I chose blackberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, strawberries and raspberries.

Have a berry lovely morning!
