Breakfast burrito

When you wake up extra hungry and a smoothie just won't do, you know your answer is a breakfast burrito with guacamole, fresh greens, tomato and a sunny side up egg!

Go ahead and add that extra blackberry smoothie on the side - you deserve it!

For the guacamole, simply mix 1 avocado (mashed with a fork) with lemon juice (1/2 a lemon), pinch of salt, seasoning of choice (I used Stonehouse North beach blend), fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp olive oil. Spread some of that magic on a whole-wheat burrito, top off with parsley and cherry tomatoes and a sunny side up organic egg. Top off with more seasoning or fresh ground pepper!

To make the blackberry smoothie, simply blend a handful of frozen blackberries (previously washed and placed in the freezer), with 1 cup almond milk. Depending on how thick you like your smoothie, you can add 1 tbsp of oats or less.

This breakfast will surely hit the spot!
