PB&J smoothie

When you want to start off your week with a detox but are not quite ready, simply turn your favorite classic PB&J sandwich into a delicious smoothie (your tastebuds won't believe it's healthy!)

PBJ smoothie

To make this smoothie, blend 1 cup of almond milk with 2 tbsp oats, 1 tsp organic peanut butter, 5 strawberries and half a frozen banana (optional).

Drizzle some peanut butter on the sides of your mason jar and pour your smoothie in!
