Green detox bowl 2.0

That feeling when you've already had all the veggie and fruit intake you need for the day, and you're ready for the mic drop and exit!


That's what this green detox bowl is all about. This slightly different version is a tiny bit sweeter, and contains no nut milks of any sort.


Check it out!

Green detox 2.0 bowl

Simply blend:


- 3/4 cup baby spinach

- 1/2 cup kale

- 1 cucumber

- 1/2 green apple

- 1/4 avocado

- 1 date (add more if you like it sweeter)

- 1 tbsp oats

- 1/2 cup coconut water



Then top off with:


- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 4 crushed walnuts

- Raspberries

- 1 tsp flax seeds


Finally, go and crush your day!
