Raw healthy cookie dough balls

Anything cookie-dough, I'm sold.

Especially when it comes to these no-bake healthy cookie dough balls. These are the most satisfying energy bites I've ever had!

The catch? None! They even take less than 10 minutes to make!

Cookie dough balls

To make these delicious bites,

You will need:

- 3/4 cup rolled oats

- 3 tbsp organic chunky peanut butter

- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Simply mix all these ingredients together in a bowl and use your hands to form into balls.

Place in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 1 hour before eating.

Enjoy before a workout as an energy bite or as a snack after lunch or breakfast!
