Egg white power sandwich

If I'm being totally honest, there is nothing tricky about this clean breakfast sandwich.


Just a healthy, portion-controlled, protein-packed, egg white breakfast sandwich with wholemeal bread. A perfect awakening on a hungry morning!


Egg white power sandwich

All you need is:


- 2 egg whites, seasoned with salt and pepper

- 1/4 avocado, mashed with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper

- 2 slices of tomato

- A few spinach leaves

- 2 pieces of wholemeal bread, toasted


Simply brush your pan very lightly with cooking oil, heat the pan up and pour your egg whites in, cover and leave it on low-to-medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes so it can be fluffy and easier to flip.


Prepare your sandwich by spreading your avocado, then spinach leaves, egg white omelet and tomatoes.


Cut in half and enjoy!
