No-bake PB chocolate pretzel bites

Peanut butter.


Dark chocolate.


Oats.


Pretzels.


Sea salt.


However way you put these ingredients together you are bound to come up with something magical. No way around it really!


These no-bake peanut butter dark chocolate salted pretzel bites are the best snack that's entered your diet in a while! They are a perfect guilt-free treat and are incredibly satisfying too. The best part is it'll take you less than 10 minutes and only 3 steps to put together!

PB chocolate pretzel bites

Here's what you need:


Base:


- 3/4 cup rolled oats

- 3 tbsp organic smooth peanut butter

- 1 tsp vanilla extract


Top layer:


- 300 grams of your choice of dark chocolate (I chose Lindt 70% dark chocolate)

- 25-30 mini pretzels

- Sea salt


Steps:


1- Mix the base ingredients in a bowl together using your hands. Spread the layer in a small square tin and place in the freezer for 10 minutes while you melt your chocolate.


2- Melt your chocolate in a plate placed on top of a pot filled with water. Once melted, pour over the peanut butter oat base.


3- Arrange your pretzels in pretty rows and sprinkle with a little bit of sea salt to finish off, then place the tin in the fridge for at least 1 hour before you can chop it up and enjoy!


Store these yummies in the fridge in an airtight container for 2 weeks if they can even last that long!
