Immunity boost smoothie bowl

If winter season is synonymous to flu season for you, I've got just the smoothie bowl for you!


This smoothie bowl is packed with vitamin C and will knock that cold right out the window before it even thinks of hitting hard!

Loaded with oranges, ginger, banana and topped with nutty goodness and some more vitamins - it is incredibly refreshing and energizing too - check it out!

Immunity boost smoothie bowl

To make a portion for 1, you will need:


- 1 large navel or valencia orange

- 1 frozen banana

- Ginger (piece about the size of a thumb or a little bigger) peeled

- 1 tbsp oatmeal

- 1/4 cup almond milk


Simply blend those ingredients together and top up with kiwi, strawberries, hazelnuts and granola clusters and you're set with the most energizing breakfast ever!
