Mini ryes sweet & savory bases

Mini rye bread bites are never a bad idea!


You can have these for breakfast, as a snack before or after a workout, or even when you're having friends over for breakfast/ brunch.

Top up your veggie options with smashed avocado as a base. Your options for toppings are endless: cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, mushrooms, cucumbers, asparagus, etc...


Top up your fruity options with greek yogurt (or any type of dairy-free yogurt like coconut yogurt). Then top off with fruits of choice including: blueberries, cranberries, nectarine slices, grapes, etc...


Not only do they look aesthetically pleasing, they are also pleasing for the belly as well!
