Well in case that ever happens, this berry detox smoothie bowl has got your back! Filled with all the right nutrients it'll pump you up with so much energy and have you feeling great all over again!


Berry detox smoothie bowl

Here's what you need to make this super simple and delicious bowl:


- 1 frozen banana, previously peeled and chopped and frozen

- Handful of blackberries, about 10-12

- 1/4 cup blueberries

- 1/4 cup almond milk

- Topping: 2 medium sized strawberries, chopped, few raspberries, some more blackberries and blueberries

- Optional topping: pumpkin seeds and mint leaves


Steps


1- Blend together your frozen banana, blackberries and blueberries with the almond milk until smooth and thick. Add more almond milk if needed to get the blender moving, otherwise, keep it at 1/4 cup to make a thicker smoothie.


2- Top up with more berries, pumpkin seeds and fresh mint leaves.
