Heart-shaped eggs

These heart-shaped sunny side up eggs are even more delicious than your classic round ones - how's that even possible?

If you have a heart-shaped metal cookie-cutter, then you're 50% set! The other half is all about getting the egg whites to be well done while making sure your yolk is still nice and runny.


Here's how:


1. Set your oven heat at high, heat up a tiny bit of oil

2. Once your pan is hot enough, place your cookie-cutter, then crack your egg inside the heart

3. Immediately lower the heat to medium, then cover the pan right away

4. Let it cook for about 3 minutes and you've got your perfect egg!


Top up your toast with smashed avocado, sea salt and pepper, then add your fried egg with some chopped spring onion for that pizzazz ;)!
