Hummus + veggies on pita

Don't ever underestimate the power of hummus!

It's the answer to almost everything:

Not sure what to have for breakfast? Hummus.

Not sure what quick dinner you can put together? Hummus.

Not sure what to wear? Hummus.

Don't judge me!

Hummus and veggies on pita

It's a quick 30 second blend away!

All you need to blend is:

- 400 grams organic chickpeas (1 can)

- 1/2 squeezed lemon

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 tbsp tahini (preferable, but can totally skip this if you don't have it)

- 2 tbsp water (can add more depending on preference of thickness)

Spread that gold on some soft brown pita bread, then top off with greens, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Roll it up. Enjoy it!
