Nuts about smoothie bowls

If you're nuts about nuts, then I'm nuts about you. I'm also nuts about health, does this make me a health nut? Guess so...


So enough with the nutsense. Let's get straight to it. This nutty smoothie bowl is packed with protein and all them yummy and healthy fats!

Nutty smoothie bowl

Here's the beauty with this versatile smoothie bowl, you can choose to have it with or without the banana. Here's how:


Blend:


- EITHER 1 frozen banana OR 1/2 cup oats

- 2-3 tsp of your. favorite nuts. I chose 1 tsp raw peanuts, 1. tsp raw almond slices, and 1/2 tsp crushed walnuts

- 1/2 cup almond milk


Top with:


- 1 tsp chia seeds

- Few hazelnuts

- Some roasted pumpkin seeds

- Walnuts

- Blueberries

- Raw almond slices

- Granola
